DIRECTOR · FOUNDER · SENIOR EXERCISE PHYSIOLOGIST
My passion for exercise, injury recovery, and rehabilitation began right here on the Yorke Peninsula, shaped by my own sporting background. After completing a Bachelor of Clinical Exercise Physiology, I was drawn to helping people manage chronic conditions and improve their quality of life through tailored exercise, education, and lasting behaviour change.
I am deeply committed to supporting clients with a wide range of chronic health conditions, particularly in the areas of musculoskeletal, metabolic, and neurological health. I take pride in developing personalised programs that empower individuals to set meaningful goals, improve function, and live healthier, more active lives.
I truly believe in the saying, “Exercise is the best medicine.”

SENIOR EXERCISE PHYSIOLOGIST
I graduated from the University of South Australia in 2021 with a strong passion for helping people improve their quality of life through movement and exercise—whether managing chronic disease or recovering from injury. Over the past two years, I’ve worked in private practice, delivering a range of clinical services in both gym and hydrotherapy settings.
I’ve supported clients of all ages and abilities, and have a particular interest in musculoskeletal injuries, women’s health, cardiovascular conditions, and health education. I love what I do and feel incredibly fortunate to help people achieve their goals and build confidence in their bodies every day.
Outside of work, you’ll find me on the soccer field, curled up with a good book, or cooking traditional recipes with my Nonna.

SENIOR EXERCISE PHYSIOLOGIST
I have a diverse background across both clinical and fitness settings, with experience at Goodlife Health Clubs, Adelaide Active, and NJF. My work has included gym-based rehabilitation, hydrotherapy, and strength and conditioning, giving me a practical and well-rounded approach to exercise prescription.
I have a special interest in working with teenagers and individuals on the autism spectrum, and I enjoy focusing on building confidence, coordination, and movement skills in a supportive and engaging environment. I’m also passionate about power and athletic performance, and I love helping young athletes develop strength, speed, and resilience through evidence-based training.
Whether I’m supporting someone through rehab or coaching youth toward their performance goals, I’m driven by a genuine desire to help people move better, feel stronger, and reach their full potential.
