DIRECTOR, FOUNDER + SENIOR EXERCISE PHYSIOLOGIST
I have always had a keen interest in exercise, as well as injury and rehabilitation, because of my own sporting background, which started here on the Yorke Peninsula.
After graduating from a Bachelor of Clinical Exercise Physiology, I developed a passion to help people who are living with a chronic disease, to live a better quality of life through exercise prescription, education and behaviour change. Providing support for clients with varying types of chronic conditions through education and implementing goals to optimise function is what I am most passionate about.
My particular interests are in chronic disease management, musculoskeletal, metabolic, and neurological conditions, and how exercise can improve these.
The saying, "Exercise is the best medicine" is something I believe wholeheartedly.
